Internet was intermittent a would drop frequently. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are being updated. Some remodel decisions seem in conflict, like the bathroom and shower enclosure was redone but the chipped old bathtub was kept. The parking is onsite and convenient but expensive. The location is excellent. Good food options everywhere. Some old buildings to wander past. However, much is under construction or renovation like Piccadilly gardens, the city building, etc.

Great central location, clean and ok breakfast especially as it’s free with your stay, only pity is beds are small/double and even upgraded rooms only have small double beds even though the rooms are big and could accommodate king size or even super king sized beds

We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester.
