The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

Comfy bed, lovely staff, nice room, good shower
Wish the room had a tea/ coffee Kettle station
The cleaners only make bed and replace towels which is explained on an ‘environmental saving’ card? However would’ve been nice if they did a bit more of a clean as we had dirty cutlery / cups etc & were staying for 4 nights
The location was amazing for accessing everything especially as we were walking most places
Is in a downtown street - great for the kebab shops but also wouldn’t walk there alone at night as many strip clubs and lots of groups of men hanging about
Overall happy with stay and made up by the staff who are so nice, would stay again!

Nice place. Great breakfast.
Great place to stay and relax. Only down side was upstairs guest was a bit loud in the morning by dropping bags etc.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel after it changed to Premier Inn under new management. It is absolutely wonderful! I stayed in one of the penthouse suites, and it has one of the most beautiful views of the city and the vineyards.

Room was excellent and had a great view of Würzburg. Hotel is easy walking distance from city center and train station. Highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay: buffet was an amazingly large array of food items to tempt any appetite. Facility well maintained with a welcoming, helpful staff. ...
