"Good location hotel, clean but dated small rooms, good breakfast but the dining room was freezing cold so the food or drink doesn’t stay hot. Friendly staff"

"This property needs a major refresh. The carpets are coming up at the seams in the hallways, walls look dirty, beds are like sleeping on boards and pillows are bricks. Probably a once beautiful place but now tired and old looking. Not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. Bathroom grouting is rough and the bathtub has patches where the finish has come off. Very few amenities. Property does not hold up to other Disney hotels unfortunately. I cannot fault the staff though. Super helpful and friendly!!"

"It was a very comfortable overnight stay we really enjoyed a drink on the hotel terrace for drink enjoying the view as well as from the room."

"Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was nice. Walking distance to explorer's lodge. I just wish there's microwave inside the rooms but other than that room was great and comfortable beds. They clean up everyday."

"The washroom waterproof mat is stained , shower head is not function that I had to kneel down for shower, cannot find the room’s lights switch is and the humidity at corridors is too high because of the machine is too small to functioning. Frankly, this is my first time to live in this hotel and I am very disappointed to it☹️ "
