Simple and comfortable
The apartment was comfortable, clean and simply decorated. Direct access to the complex pool and nice south facing aspect. Centrally located between the old and new parts of Puerto del Carmen

Excellent appartment
A great appartment which has everything you need for your stay in Lanzarote. Communication with the hosts was first class, they were quick to respond and very accommodating to any requests we had. The only downside was the location of the property, at the top of a couple of steep hills. During school holidays I imagine the pool would be very popular and as the property is located next to the pool it would be busy, but ideal if you have children to keep an eye on. Overall I would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Lanzarote
Great location, very clean, quiet and clean complex. Within walking distance of absolutely everything. Overall we had a lovely holiday & would highly recommend this property.

There were a couple of niggles which became more annoying during the stay. The TV is extremely temperamental, at times unable to use. The kettle requires the on/off switch to be held manually whilst boiling. Not at all good when wanting a quick cup of tea and very time consuming. Other than that all good

Nice apartment needs aircon on a quiet complex.
Nice comfortable apartment. Could do with aircon and mesh on the windows to stop cats getting in which happened to us a couple of times. Also a bigger fridge freezer would be beneficial. Quiet complex which suited us and we really enjoyed our stay. Beware very steep hill into complex but manageable.
