It has a large bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, open to the cozy living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV 50" and access to the pleasant terrace of the flat where you can have lunch, relax and enjoy the sun. In addition, the residential complex in which it is located, has a communal swimming pool, open all year round, so you can swim and sunbathe during your holidays.
