The perfect hillside retreat for 2 people, with car

Breathtaking views and a great jacuzzi. The perfect retreat for a one week break. It is on the side of a hill and it can get very windy, but that is Lanzarote for you ! Communications with Kasia were excellent and the welcome pack was really appreciated, as was the daily delivery of fresh bread.

Amazing View

We had a lovely holiday, very relaxing helped by the wonderful hot tub. Puerto Calero is the place to go for restaurants. Kasia made the property beautiful for our arrival with added extras like wine, beer, soft drinks, chocolates and the special surprise was the fresh bread to wake up to every morning. Thank you Kasia for all your hard work, we appreciated everything. Hope to see you soon Linda and Glen

PERFECT !!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved it. The self contained villa was exceptional. Very comfortable bed, loads of wardrobes and the bathroom was clean and the shower great....Kitchen had everything you needed. The outside area was very private BUT you can fold down the wooden fencing to see the amazing view !!! and the swim / Jacuzzi was wonderful SO WARM. Kasia was great and looked after us totally. We can not recommend this property enough. Anita & Tony

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, situé dans un endroit calme, il permet de rayonner facilement sur l'ile. Il dispose de toute les commodités et d'un spa sans vis à vis et à l'abris du vent. Il y avait plein d'attention à notre arrivée et la livraison de pain frais le matin est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions la propriétaire de le louer avec toutes ces petites choses qui vous rendent un séjour très agréable. Merci Beaucoup

Der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment war toll. Kasia stand uns als Ansprechpartnerin (sogar auf deutsch) immer zur Verfügung und hat sich um jede Anmerkung sofort gekümmert. Morgens wurden frische Brötchen geliefert und wir haben zusätzlich zu den Handtüchern sogar Bademäntel bekommen. Die Terrasse war toll und auch den Jacuzzi haben wir regelmäßig genutzt. Im Moment ist leider nebenan eine störende Baustelle (daher Punktabzug bei „Lage und Umgebung“, ansonsten auch hier 5 Punkte), aber die Vermieterin hat nach unserer „Beschwerde“ gleich persönlich mit dem Bauherr gesprochen und dann wurde es besser.

Wunderschönes Apartment für 2

Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen Apartment sehr genossen. Der kleine Pool ist ein Highlight, sehr warmes Wasser, so das man auch an kühleren Tagen den Pool voll genießen kann. Die super nette Kasia vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unheimlich hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine für 2 Personen absolut zu empfehlendes Apartment.

Ruhige Auszeit zu zweit

Ruhig, sauber, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Die Highlights: kühle Getränke bei Ankunft, morgendlicher Brötchenservice, ein beheizter und sprudelnder Pool unterm Sternenhimmel nach Rückkehr von Wanderungen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder. Eine Woche reicht nicht aus für all die schönen Ecken Lanzarotes... Herzlichen Dank!

Lovely apartment and location

Lovely area to stay in, apartment just enough for what we needed. Clean and felt safe. Quiet and peaceful. Kasia was very helpful and it was very easy to check in. Only small things needed to make it even better: need some sort non slip mat round jacuzzi as it is VERY slippery when wet and my husband had a nasty fall. A couple more saucepans would be ideal. These things would not put me off though.

Es war ein traumhaft erholsamer Urlaub

Etwas abgelegen am Hang mit einer traumhaften Aussicht Richtung Puerto del Carmen und in der Ferne grüsst Fuerteventura. Die Lage ist ideal wenn man Ruhe sucht. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man in kürzester Zeit beim Supermarkt oder am Strand. Ein idealer Standort um die Insel immer aufs neue zu Erkunden. Der Whirlpool ist angenehm beheizt und die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vermieterin Mercy. Bei der Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wein mit Gläsern auf den Tisch. Eine gefüllte Obstschale und im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser und Getränke sorgten für die Erfrischung nach der Anreise. Jeden Tag hingen frische Brötchen am Zaun! Danke Mercy. Wir haben uns zwar nicht oft getroffen, doch jede deiner Bemühungen strahlt warmherzig Gastfreundschaft aus. Wir kommen wieder!

Top Wohnung, super Insel

Bereits ab dem Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung waren wir in Kontakt zu Mercy von Rincon del Oceano. So wurde im Vorfeld schon die An- und Abfahrtszeiten sowie die Schlüsselübergabe besprochen. Bei der Ankunft an der Wohnung wurden wir freundlichst von Mercy empfangen und es wurde uns alles wichtige zur Wohnung (Pool, Küche, usw.) erklärt. Zudem wurden wir mit einem Obstkorb, Bier, Wein und Sekt überrascht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in La Asomada mit einem wundervollen Blick aufs Meer und über Puerto del Carmen. Zu den bekannten Papagayo-stränden sind es ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt. Auf der Terrasse findet man zwei Liegen, zwei Stühle mit Tisch und einen Kugelgrill. Absolutes Highlight der Terrasse ist der beheizte und abends beleuchtete Pool mit Whirlpool-Funktion. Je nachdem, ob man für sich sein will oder die schöne Aussicht genießen will, kann man den Zaun hoch- oder runterklappen. Die Wohnung selbst besteht dann aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher sowie einer dem Wohnraum offen angrenzender Küche. Der Fernseher hat alle erdenklichen Sender in allen Sprachen. Die Küche besteht aus einem Herd und einer Mikrowelle. Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer besteht aus einer Duschbadewanne, Toilette und Waschbecken. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ausreichend Schränke. Wir waren 10 Tage in Rincon del Oceano und haben die Zeit mehr als genossen. Die Wohnung ist top, der Pool überragend und die Besitzerin ist super! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fabulous sea view apartment

The apartment is fabulous, clean, comfortable and with a fantastic jacuzzi! The location is excellent for easy access to all the places on the island and near the airport. It is ideal for relaxing. In addition, the owner Mercy is a wonderful person, she made us feel at home, she was always available, she provided us with everything we needed and even more! We will definitely be back!
