  • This apartment completely renovated in 2017 is located in one of the most central areas of Puerto del Carmen, in the first row of Las Playas Avenue and only 75 meters from Playa Grande, which offers several activities. It is not necessary to have a vehicle since it is very close to restaurants, bars, shops and the main avenue with public bus and taxi service and ideal for nice walks to enjoy the sunsets and sit with sea view!!
