"My room #308 Bath sink is off the wall. Faucet handle wiggles alot. Closet door does not close cabinet in the way. Paint falling off the roof. Carpet is 20 years old. Workout room is absolutely horrible. Handles on the equipment are disgusting with layers if sweat and hand dirt. Equipment needs heavy cleaning. Room is covered in dust, hasn't been cleaned in years."

"I had a great stay at the Handlery Hotel! The staff were very friendly and always available to help, which made a big difference. I really appreciated the regular housekeeping, it kept everything clean and comfortable throughout my stay. One small downside was that I couldn’t use the pool because it was under maintenance, and my room didn’t have a microwave. However, the staff were very accommodating whenever I needed assistance, which made up for it. I also liked that there was a water dispenser on each floor, so I didn’t have to buy water during my stay. The location was perfect very close to the Union Square conference center, which was incredibly convenient for me. Overall, it was an affordable stay (under $500 for 4 days), and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely consider staying here again! "
