Me and my family are very thankful to all the staffs who helped us on finding our daughter’s passport. From the moment I called back the hotel to inquire and report a lost item, staffs was so supportive. As I arrived back the hotel to picked up our daughter’s passport the man who helped me was so nice and friendly. To the receptionist who offered water while I’m waiting I thank you so much.

"A BIG but nice hotel. Very good location. Taks 5 mim to walk to my room. Very nice and rich breakfast but had to wait 10 min in line to enter. The room is OK. not to big but have it all. At the 2nd floor the street traffic is very clear and disturbing."
