"No AC, has a heater. We slept with the balcony door open all night and the room got chilly but we enjoyed it a lot. Nice view of the ocean and theres a path to walk along the ocean. Very nice affordable stay amd Yachats has a lot of really cute shops and restaurants to enjoy yourself at."

"This is our second time staying here this year. We love this place. The rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable. We do wish the tvs were larger. When it's a rainy, chilly night, it's nice to watch a movie in bed on a decent sized tv."

"My daughter and I enjoyed a few days here. The cottage is comfortable and filled with happy vibes. We enjoyed cooking in the little kitchen and even did some baking together. The open layout of the house makes it feel spacious. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. They were taking some trees out during our visit so we stayed inside but the outdoor firepit looks wonderful! The location was perfect for us with beach access just down the cute little path. We can't wait to stay here again. "
