Parking a bit trick - if followed google map, you will have to find the entry of the building… and take ticket to get in, the hotel lobby is on 7th floor of the parking building. Hotel staff will give you a ticket for parking discount. "

"Super clean place, and really helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! And convenient with parking right outside. With the windows closed, and aircon on, its really quiet in the room. The location is right next to the railway station, but less convenient for visiting the Old Town, it’s a good half hours walk there."

"I stayed in this hotel to attend a business conference. The central location of the hotel was appealing. The room and the bathroom was clean and modern. I appreciated use of the in-room safe. I did not have the breakfast (additional fee) but you need to sign up for this the night before. The person who checked in me did not tell me that I had to request cleaning the evening before. As a result, garbage was not collected in my room until a different staff person told me the correct protocol. The cord for the hair dryer was not along enough to extend over the toilet - I could be better planned. Like other germanic hotels, they do not provide conditioner, just body wash/shampoo. Luckily I brought shampoo and conditioner. The body wash smelled strongly of eucalyptus, which I don't like, but other guests might like that aroma. All together, I had a good experience and would return."

"The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Nice location, between the train station and the old part of the city. Very walkable. However the WiFi in the room was barely usable. Wifi connection was only available in the lobby."

"A fantastic location, a short walk from the castle and easy access to Heidelberg's attractions. The room was clean and spacious, but there was no kettle, which was disappointing, as we both enjoy tea and coffee in bed while on holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we took the opportunity of enjoying the traditionally cooked food out on the street, and breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Parking was subsidised by €5, so it came to €15 a day at a car park 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. A good, friendly hotel and I would consider a stay here next time in Heidelberg. It is not modern, but it was friendly, and the location was perfect. Thank you."

"The location is amazing and for such a historic beautiful building the room was comfy and soundproof.the staff really helpful and friendly breakfast was ok but not worth 20 euros but my goodness the food in the restaurant was superb thankyou beautiful place to stay heidleberg is so very lovely."
