Queues for breakfast - both outside of the restaurant and once inside. Breakfast revenue not scaled to the number of hotel guests. Left without eating after all the waiting, firs t outside and then when I saw the queue for the omelettes.

Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral
Great room, great service, and great breakfast buffet. We stayed at an Aloft in Stuttgart but the KL Sentral Aloft was better in my opinion. I would gladly stay here, or at any Aloft facility again.
