Welcome to Wren Isle, a spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath riverfront retreat with a private pool and the closest dock to NASA’s launchpad, perfect for watching rocket launches. Relax outdoors, enjoy the views, and explore nearby beaches. Disney and Universal are both less than an hour away, making this an ideal spot for families, friends, and special gatherings.

Downstairs:
Living Room – A large, comfortable space for relaxing or gathering as a group, complete with cozy seating and river views.

Dining Areas – Multiple dining spaces indoors for shared meals, celebrations, or family-style dinners.

Kitchen – Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and ample counter space for cooking and entertaining.

King Suite (Downstairs) – King bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and all essentials provided (towels, hair dryer etc.).

Octagon Bedroom – Queen bed located on the ground level. Shared access to one of the full bathrooms located nearby.

Upstairs:
King Suite (Upstairs) – Another comfortable king bedroom upstairs, with a private access to the granite bathroom.

Queen Suite (Pink Room) – Queen bed in a charming “pink” theme. Private access to the pink bathroom.

Second Queen Suite - Another queen bedroom on the upper floor. Important to note: this room provides access to the Petite Bedroom and also connects to the “Purple Sun” bathroom.

Petite Bedroom
A cozy, smaller room with a full bed, great for kids or an extra guest. This room can only be accessed through the Second Queen Suite, making it ideal for families or close friends. Both rooms share the nearby Purple Sun Bathroom.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the pool, dock, and outdoor areas. The only areas not accessible are the garages and the space above the garage.

Important things to note:
1. The base rate includes up to 6 guests; $25/night for each additional guest.

2. Pool/spa heat is not guaranteed and is only available for an additional fee on a seasonal and weather-permitting basis. We do our best to provide it when conditions allow, but availability is not assured during colder months or unexpected temperature drops.

3. Owner lives on-site in a separate apartment with private entrance.

4. Garage is not available for use,

5. Dock is not suitable for boat storage due to shallow water (nearest boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive).

Spring Break Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Wren Isle. The views were breathtaking and we were able to see 2 rocket launches! Larry, the owner was available for any questions we had and never in our way. We will definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10!!!

Beautiful Property with Friendly and Accommodating Host

Highly recommend Wren Isle, beautiful and convenient location with all the you would typically need. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spend time with family or friends. We very much enjoyed our stay and the hosts were a joy to work with.

Great vacation house

Great house! Perfect for large families. Plenty of room with great amenities. Pool & view are awesome! Larry was very helpful & fun to talk to. House could us a little TLC, to be expected with people renting on a continuous basis.Great stay & would highly recommend to anyone!

Great place!

We had a group of friends stay all weekend and were also able to have a group come in for 50th birthday party on the pool deck one of the days. Everyone had a blast and Larry was a great host. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing Stay

Mansion on the water

Absolutely stunning property. Extremely clean inside. Every morning walking out of the dock watching Dolphins, birds and fish was the best way to start the day. Would definitely recommend and planning on staying here again.

Great Family get-away Home!

We had our family here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A SpaceX launch happened while we were there and it was awesome. You can easily watch the launch and hear the sonic boom. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Trip

This house was outstanding. Great quiet location, right on the water. The house was very clean and fit 7 of us perfectly! We were lucky to see 2 rocket launches while we were there and the house was in a perfect location to see them go off. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Sibling weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Wren Isle. The property was lovely, and the views were outstanding. Everything was as advertised. There were 10 of us and the house was very accommodating and roomy!! Our only disappointment was not seeing an easy way to put paddle boards and kayaks in the river at the property. We came within 3 1/2 minutes of seeing SpaceX launch right before our eyes! I would highly recommend this property and will make plans to return!

Big house, Rocket launch view, owner lives on property

Enjoyed the big house with great views of rocket launches. Dock on Indian River is nice and kayaks were provided, also nice. Owner, Larry, responded to issues we had but sometimes this was a slow process since he has multiple properties. Had an issue trying to get the spa heated and the pool was not heated due to the cold weather. House is located on 5 Lane highway which must be crossed to go on walks.

Perfect Weekend Celebration

Outstanding location and a beautiful house with a spectacular view and access to Indian River. Excellent pool, backyard, and dock with a view of Kennedy Space Center’s Vehicle Assembly Building and launch pads. An exceptional weekend topped off by watching a Space X launch. Larry was a great host. Overall an exceptional place for a family gathering and celebration.

Nice stay

We had a wonderful time. We thought the house was dated as far as paint, furnishings, basic repair items however it served our purpose well. We thought it was priced right for the accommodations. We had an issue with the AC while there and the owner was very responsive and had the problem resolved immediately. The pool was cleaned daily when we were there and parking was plentiful.

Paradise in Titusville

What can I say? This house looks every bit as impressive as the photos and then some! It blew me and my whole family away! There was plenty of space, a nice pool and the best jetty view I have ever seen! We saw two space rockets take off at Kennedy, we felt like we were on the front row!! Larry the owner was super nice and came and chatted with my family one night, which we loved to hear the local stories! An extremely enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend ⭐️

Absolutely Beautiful

We had a family vacation and it was absolutely perfect for our big family. Home is very roomy, all bedrooms have bathrooms and owner was very accomodating. Pool, hot tub and gazebo were so lovely! Saw 2 rockets go off on our stay! We are already planning our next trip back to the WREN home! Thank you for sharing with us!

High School reunion

This house was a perfect fit for our needs. We came in for our high school reunion. This house was great to have a few extra friends over and hang out at the pool or on the dock. We also got to see a launch one afternoon.

Interesting property with a great view

Spectacular views from the house, over the Indian River with the Cape Kennedy missile complex in the distance. Great sunrises. The house is very interesting, with more bedrooms than the four of us needed. A lot of attention to detail in the construction with pie plate ceilings and rounded corners; it was built by Larry in 2009. The backyard spa and pool are very nice, and Larry is readily available for any help you may need.

Beautiful Waterfront

Everything about the home was wonderful. We enjoyed walking along and fishing from the pier. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was attractive. The owner was helpful as we had no idea how to turn on the heat. The only glitch was the place was not ready to be occupied when we arrive at 4:00 and we had to wait outside while they finished cleaning.

Everything needs to be updated/replaced even the toilets. Your view was beautiful the house condition was poor. Didn’t even leave out an extra towel.However service from owner daughter was excellent. LOOK OUT FOR FINE PRINT CONTACT……

Not your typical Florida McMansion

Our multigenerational family has vacationed in Florida each summer for the past ten years— Rosemary Beach, Anna Maria Island, Cocoa Beach. We always rent a large house —important criteria: at least 5 bedrooms, 4-5 bathrooms, and a pool. During the past week, our two children, their spouses, and my husband and I all agree— this is our favorite of all the VRBOs we’ve rented. The early morning sunrise with the dolphins on the porch swing at the end of the LONG dock, the grand piano, the comfy beds, the Captains lookout at the top of a winding staircase, lounging around the pool while our grandkids swam to their hearts content —-our 8-year old grandson Henry caught his first catfish off the dock. We weren’t sure we wanted to book a house more than a block or two from the beach, but Cape Canaveral National Seashore is an easy ten or fifteen minute drive down 1A—- virtually no traffic and no crowds to maneuver through! Playa Linda is now our favorite Florida beach— clean and pristine. Add to all this, we saw not one but three rocket launches from remarkable vantage points: the dock and the upstairs balcony. By far our happiest and most relaxing vacation.

Gorgeous views but property needs some repairs.

Stunning waterfront views and gorgeous yard and dock, however a number of window and exterior door headers have severe water damage. Flooring in dining room has been warped due to water damage and a number of switches do not work. The carbon monoxide sensor went off a couple of times and the host came to correct. The front bedroom has a gas water heater in the closet that seemed to be leaking though as there was a smell of gas in that room on the last night. The pool also had several water fountain features that were broken. The showers are single person and the purple tub could not be stopped up to bath the kids. The beds are rock hard also. This could be a really awesome property with some additional TLC. We will not rebook this location.

Nice house with some issues

Good points: Fair price, large house, nicely decorated, great viewing of a rocket launch, caught lots of fish off of the dock and gazebo. The dock was sturdy and the gazebo had a nice porch swing. Neighborhood looked like it had gone downhill but was safe. Problems: The yard is not properly fenced for a dog (even though I asked the owner and paid the pet fee). The gates don't properly close and there are large gaps in the fence. Also, his yard man took one of the gates down while we were still there. Both dogs got out and one ended up in the busy road (thankfully did not get hit by a car). Also, the listing states that there are kayaks and a canoe but there is no way to get them into the water and the canoe was full of water. The pool was quite dirty. You have to go through one bedroom to get to another one. Shades were broken in the master bedroom by the pool area so privacy was an issue. Also, there was no wood for the fire pit (the listing stated there would be). I gave the listing a 4 because overall we had a great trip.
