In the heart of the old Town, you will be accommodated in a cozy house set in an ancient palace. The rooms, bright and recently renovated, offer the modern comforts and charm of an ancient residence. The house offers a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a single bedroom, living room, kitchen, veranda, small terrace, laundry and a second bathroom. The living room offers a large sofa. The apartment is great for the stay of three adults, it is possible to add two more beds: a sofa bed in the living room and a bed for children in the single room.
The house will offer you the charm and the magical atmosphere of an old house, the view from your room will give you beautiful sunsets over the rooftops of the city. The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a comfortable sitting area, a large window offers a striking view over the roofs of the medieval quarter; the bathroom inside the room has a large shower and the necessary services for a pleasant stay. The single bedroom and the kitchen are characterized by an ancient wooden and cotto roof. In the summer, the small terrace is ideal for relaxing

True Italian experience outside of Rome

Tivoli is a lovely village in the hills outside of Rome with beautiful gardens, waterfalls and friendly people easily reached by train.

Easy to explore all the sites and neighborhoods of Old Tivoli. Host was prompt, kind, generous with advice and local details. Kitchen well equipped and bed/furniture comfortable.

I did not stay in the exact unit on the website it had an issue they were working on. Put me in a larger unit that had everything i needed and was perfect. Quaint clean close to everything! I would go again and stay here!

Great location near parking garage. Andrea was amazing! Helped carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. He gave great advice on restaurants & area sites that were easier for those with mobility issues to navigate. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful area.Apt situated close to travel amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed Tivoli as one of my favorite stays. Apt was well equipped and had lots of character. I'd rate it as a five star accommodation. It was an amazing rental.

Lovely apartment in medieval section of Tivali

The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-appointed. Lots of greenery/plants liven up the space. TV has Netflix and YouTube if you need to unwind. Perfect place to stay while visiting Villa Gregoria and Villa D’Este, and Villa Adriana is a short bus ride away. Just be prepared for many stairs!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Wonderful apartment with every amenity. The owner, Andrea, is terrific and extremely friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate accident occur while we were in Tivoli and Andrea went above and beyond in helping us in every way he could. We could not thank him enough for all his help. Andrea was such an amazing help. Tivoli is a beautiful city and the apartment is so close to cute restaurants and shops. We loved being close to Rome without being in Rome. The apartment was charming and larger than expected. It was comfortable and we felt at home. We have decided we must come back and would love to stay here again, and again! Thank you Andrea!!

Very pleasant property.Beautiful area

The apartment was very pleasant with plenty of space. Lots of nice little unexpected extras especially in the kitchen. Andrea was very helpful, informative and easily accessible/responsive on whatsapp. The town of Tivoli is beautiful with plenty interesting things to see and do. Trains and buses to Rome are plentiful but unfortunately the trains were not running during my stay while essential maintenance was carried out. I would happily return to this area again. It was very relaxing. Thank you

L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien décoré et propre. Le propriétaire, voisin, est très prévenant et serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec des aller retour à Rome en train (40 minutes de train). Plein centre du vieux Tivoli et très proche de la villa Adriana.
