"The hotel was a nightmare, I could never recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was terrible, even the friendliness of the stuff could not hide the terrible condition this place is in. The only saving grace is the beach itself. What a beautiful place. The food was horrible. Look it’s the coast and we were not expecting miracles but it hardly lived up to our already low expectations. The bathroom had bugs in it and it was old and dirty. "The Penthouse is a blissful experience and if you need anything Gilbert will ensure your get it. We asked if he could get us snapper and vegetables for dinner and he organised for it to be delivered and grilled for us by an onsite chief. It was delicious 10/10 and we could continue our holiday without worrying about food. Swahili house is everything we were looking for, Diani beach experience but more peacful without the crowds.
