"Well after what was described by a manager, over the phone, as a glitch (apparently how one describes being offered a particular room at a price, accepting it and paying for it and then being shown a different room), the correct accomm or near to it was provided. This little black duck was not going to give in on that one, so I dug in and insisted that the orig. contract was fulfilled. "Beautiful property on outskirts of Marrakech with beautiful gardens and a nice restaurant area. Interior design of rooms was also 10/10. Food was tasty and it was very relaxing. Tom, the host, was lovely as were the other staff."
