"I recently stayed at Samdi Hotel in Da Nang, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is excellent—very close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of stores where you can easily get whatever you need. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing. They are the most honest and hardworking team I have ever encountered. I had an unusual situation where I accidentally left a large amount of money in the safe and only realized it when I was already flying back to the U.S. When I contacted the hotel, the staff went above and beyond. Not only did they honestly confirm that the money was found, but they also made multiple efforts to send it back to me through the bank and Western Union—without ever asking for anything in return. Their honesty, kindness, and integrity truly deserve recognition. Aside from this, our stay was very comfortable. The room we had was spacious, with two large bedrooms, two showers, and bathroom areas. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. If you are looking for a hotel in Da Nang, especially one near the airport, Samdi Hotel is an excellent choice. The service, honesty, and care of the staff alone make this a 5-star experience."

"Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great! "Absolutely amazing resprt and I would love to go back again. The only drawback is that it's too far from Da Nang in a Hue and the area seemed bit too remote. The cab service might take some time but the resort has their own travel agencies to arrange the cab but little bit more expensive than the regular options."
