Hotel bar staff were not very attentive, serving another customer first, after taking our order. Hotel is not worth £300 a night on a weekday. Is simply too big for that price point (ie. not exclusive enough). Other than that, the hotel got the job done for a one night stay. This place is special and wonderful for any length of time. The secret spot is the Garden. You’ll have to see it to believe it.
