"Loved how close it was to Piccadilly Station and the ease of leaving our luggage in the morning and retrieving it in the afternoon was. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a closet that was high enough to hang my full length coat - or at least a hook on the wall"

"Very central location for walking to shops, museums, tram / rail stations. Excellent breakfast offering wide selection of choice. Room was left to own choice, as and when it got serviced."
