"The location was difficult to find from the station however after crossing the scrabble square walkways the hotel was very accessible. Was a five minute walk to the main crossing and station The staff were fabulous from the receptionist to housekeeping . Nothing was an issue Overall would stay again without hesitation "

"Clean and quiet and near Shibuya crossing and Shibuya station. Front desk were friendly and helpful. "

"This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station so it was very easy to get around the city. It’s also very close to the Government building (go for the view) and a park. Overall great location but smaller than average Japanese room. I was by myself so it was fine. "

"Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest. "
