"I made a booking on the wotif site and paid in full for a non refundable room., the property would have received notification of my booking and payment. At 8pm on the day of check-in, out of courtesy I rang the property to let them know, I am in Tokoroa and on my way over. The owner said, "Sorry but I have closed my business down and you can't stay here" So that was pretty bad that they had a live listing, selling rooms, taking money but not in business.
