Very clean, hotel staff very helpful. The walk to Shinjuku station east entrance was farther than I thought but still doable - only 10 mins or so. Short walk to all the great stores in the area.

The location is perfect. This place is close to everything from stores, restaurants, and the train station. Right in the heart of everything. The properties staff was also really helpful and spoke English really well. I arrived early at 6am. They help my luggage until my check in time which allowed me to go our and explore for a few hours. This place does not allow guests so if you plan on bringing people over this isn't the spot for it. Overall this place was great and I'd definitely would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Rooms are same and yes there may only be one elevator, but they provide information on what times will be an issue. Great location with plenty of spots to eat and activities to do. Would recommend.

The hotel is centrally located near shops, restaurants, and train station. It is clean and provides basic necessities. One downside is that the room and bathroom are small; there were 2 of us and it was rather difficult to move around. Otherwise, we had a good stay at this hotel.
