This hotel is located between 2 different subway stations, is very close to convenience stores and a wide variety of restaurants. The staff were kind and efficient and spoke very good English. I would book here again!

This was a wonderful hotel. It was so convenient to get around Tokyo from the location, the staff were very nice and accommodating, and the room was great too, with a terrific view of the city. I will stay here again upon returning to Tokyo.

Nice location. Trains not far away. Walkable. Clean hotel. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Had a washer and dryer at hotel, which we used. The only bad thing was there was no dresser or drawers to put your clothes in. Rooms are small which we expected, but no place to really open up suitcases. Beds are to low to put anything under bed. It was very hard trying to walk around luggage in small room. Drawers or a dresser is needed if you are going to stay over one night. We stayed 5 and is was hard living out of suitcases.

The staffs are kind. The hotel is quite new and clean. The location is very good, easy to access to the subway stations in 5-10 min.

There are many late night restaurants nearby, so you can find good food even if you arrive late. The nearby Ginza and Marunouchi lines make it easy to get anywhere.

The Best Western has a great location close to excellent restaurants, subways and convenience stores. We had already stayed at this facility so we knew the property. This time around, we got a bigger room with all necessary amenities. Overall, a very good stay.

Great place and location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small and very little room and space for luggages. Also, there is only one elevator. So the wait for it can take a bit.
