It was very convenient fo train station. The 24 hr soup and curry was also a plus . The 7-11 store next door to the hotel. Also not a very busy place .

Absolutely loved our stay here. I was nervous at first because of the low cost, but it was exactly what we needed. Yes the rooms are small, but that it standard for most places in Japan and various parts of the world. Loved the amenities provided for the bath, and noodles/curry & drinks available became a favorite. The 7-eleven next door was a great stop for a smoothie or extra snack on the way to the Keikyū Kamata station. Luggage forwarding services to/from also help travel. Would definitely stay here again.
