Very good location, easy and convenient access to Tokyo metro. Also direct train line from Narita Airport, surrounding area is safe and has so many good dining options. Room is clean and staff is friendly, highly recommended for first time travelers.

The Hotel is in a very convenient location. Sky tree, subways, and bus station are right front of it. A big super market is down stair. A convenient store just behind it. However, the hotel itself has not much facilities. An American cafe is in the lobby level, but it's not owned by the hotel. Hotel itself has a big share lounge on the same level, but you need to pay for usage. Check in area is quite small, always crowded with guests. Check in is very confusing, you don't know which desks for what purpose. You need to ask them where to queue for check-in. Double room is quite spacious but the corner for hanging clothes is very narrow. They provided 2 skytree shaped bottle water which are very good for souvenir. The worst is their bathtud is quite deep but the drain plug remover is linked to the middle of the tube not at the end. It turned out I kicked on it when I step over and hurt my leg. I wonder if it's a good design for bath room safety :( Lastly, I wonder if it's a premium hotel since they didn't do their basic service for room cleaning. I left my room at about 09:30, before I went out, I stick the room makeup sign on the door. When I came back at 13:45, the room was still the same. No one came to do room makeup ! Is it worth for the cost? Even worse was I felt sick and want to take a short sleep, and it turned out I needed to go out again and wait for their cleaning. That's so tired and waist time!

Pros: Next to a supermarket, combinis and a shopping mall. Great for last minute shopping. It's just situated opposite the train station. The Keisei Skyaccess express train to Narita airport is conveniently accessible, with elevator lift access to platform. Easy to roll in and out with luggages in tow. Con: no convenient taxi alighting point below hotel. Nearest is across the road. Queen size bed is too small for 3 persons room.

The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. We were provided a free breakfast and wifi for our room. The hotel is located near a train station which makes it easy to travel to other places around Tokyo. There are convenience stores and restaurants close by and a shopping mall is just across the street. The Tokyo Skytree is easily visible from the hotel and can be used as a landmark if you ever get lost. This hotel made my first trip to Japan a wonderful experience and I would love to stay there again in the future.

great location near Oshiage train station, accross Tokyo Skytree tower, near shopping, restaurants, supermarket, the hotel room is sound proof so no noise, staff are accomodating, easy check in and check out, clean and tidy, lots of books to read, downside is no gym, but other than that we enjoyed staying here.

Would definitely stay here again. So close to public transport, great breakfast, friendly staff. Room was small but cosy and had everything! Only criticism is it can be noisy in the hallway and the doors didn't seem soundproof but other then that, it was great!

Refreshing Stay in Oshiage
The rooms are above-par especially in regular sized rooms. It was spacious and comfortable in size for 2 adults and 2 kids (8 year olds). The amenities are not bad too. For additional needs like bath powders, kid slippers, you can grab some more at the 5th floor. Wish they had at least one set available on hand already in the room. For cleaning, you'll have to set your request through their TV. The location is very good, only a 3 minute walk to the station and a stone's throw away to Tokyo Skytree. The staff are courteous and express check-in & check-out are available. There's a supermarket right beside the hotel! But the wifi is limited only to the room and none at Sizzler (the in-house restaurant).

The rooms looks way better in real compare to the pictures. I got triple room suite which is very roomy with big windows over looking Tokyo sky tree. The bathroom is very new with big modern Bath tub. Special thanks to the front desk staffs are very friendly and active. Very close to train station and the mall. Perfect for family with teenagers.

Excellent location to train & taxi, convenience store, mall across the street. Rooms are good, nice size. Only negative was the reception staff. Asked for help with the machine (change and check out) from girl and she acted like we were bothering her with bad attitude not expected there.

Wonderful hotel and staff - hotel was immacutely clean and the staff was wonderful and helpful. We also had the free breakfast option which was great. Area around hotel in Oshiage was very convenient as well as it was right next to Tokyo Skytree and Sonomachi Mall, as well as the Oshiage train station. We'd love to be back!
