The building shows some signs of age but the staff are super friendly and helpful. There was a construction next door, so I can’t say it was quiet, but it was fine during the evening.

Perfect place to stay if you are not too fuzzy

The room are very small and the shower is so tiny. But the rooms are very clean. Very near to Tokyo metro and tokyo main station

Honestly, it's in Tokyo. Prices are high, but there's so much to do, that hopefully you don't spend too long in this hotel. The internet sucks, the elevator is slow, bathroom sucks, and the walls are thin. If you are okay with that then great. I'm done with smile for now. Barely better than a hostel imo.

世界陸上の時期と重なってしまい、タクシーを使おうと思いましたが規制されていて 使うことが出来ませんでした。 東京駅から徒歩15分ほどとなっていましたが 少しわかりにくかったです。 他の客室のドアの扉の音がキーキーと響き気になりました。 ウエルカムドリンクの麦茶があって とても良かったです。 部屋にもミネラルウォーターがあり、東京の暑さで水分補給になりました。 朝食付きプランにしたつもりが素泊まりプランでした。 自分のミスですが、残念でした。
