Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and our 1 year old, the staff were super nice and accommodating. Everyone was kind and helpful. The property is in such a great location with shopping, malls, convenience stores, and restaurants near by. The breakfast was so so good and had options for every type of eater. It was great for our 1 year old as well. The staff were super great with her even though she was fussy at time especially with the jet lag. We loved it here and will definitely stay at this hotel and in this area the next time we are back in Tokyo.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are a little small but nice. It's centered in a high class area with plenty of shopping. The breakfast was fair, we stayed for 2 weeks and the breakfast menu didn't change at all and the food wasn't hot barely warm.

The location is excellent - very close to the subway and in the midst of the shopping area in Ginza. We loved the design and style of the hotel. However, the rooms are small - we were in a king room and it still felt small. The breakfast lacked a coffee machine and was very packed - it maybe needs a bigger room for size of hotel. The staff were not as friendly as we experienced in other hotels in Japan - although were all polite. Although it was a good overall experience - I wouldn't rush to return.

This hotel is fairly new, it smells clean, the rooms are small, but most Tokyo hotel rooms are. We chose a corner room and had a nice view of the city. I found this to be a great place to stay, it feels quiet but you're just a few train stops from the action. I would choose it again.

Most comfortable combination of bed/bedding/pillow I’ve had in a hotel room bar none. Very bright, love the color drenched hallways/areas. Very good location, and friendly helpful staff. Would stay again!
