Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport
Nice hotel with good surrounding shops/ restaurants and is conveniently connected to Haneda T3. Higher hotel pricing, but you are paying for convenience to the airport. Note.. no free hot springs for hotel guests here. You have to pay like 2500 yen per adult per day...just fysa.

Great location for entertainment and dining. a bit noisy at night with busy bar streets and traffic.
