"Great location and hotel was nice. There was construction going on the 2nd floor so every time you were on the elevator going up or down it stopped at the 2nd floor. Annoying but oh well. But during the day it was loud in the lobby and breakfast was held in a conference room and you had to wait to get in. That was a bit crazy. Just bad timing i guess but it was still annoying to deal with."

The bell staff were consistently courteous, welcoming, and eager to assist. A very special thank you as well to Elaine del Rosario from in-room dining, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. No request ever felt too small or too ridiculous — every need was met with kindness, efficiency, and grace. That level of personalized service is what transforms a beautiful hotel into a truly memorable experience. Yet as a vegetarian, the food choices were very limited and the spa far too pricey. Nonetheless, bravo!"
