"Gorgeous building, comfortable rooms, great location."

"The hotel is nice but we had some issues. Someone was calling consistently in the middle of the night without saying a word, just breathing. We talked to the manager and said he couldn’t do anything other than disconnect the phone. The room they gave me was old, drapes unhinged and room dusty. At check out l, I looked over my charges and agreed to them and gave them my credit card. When I got home, there was a different amount charged and other charges pending. When I called they had me send them my signed invoice and credit card statements. They sent me another invoice in which they were charging me for an extra person for breakfast and other items. I called 4 times to get this resolved. At the end, Leonardo said it had to do with the currency conversion and couldn't explain the extra charges, or the extra person for breakfast. Very disappointed. I’m working with my credit card to get this resolved."

"Very clean place staff was hopeful bartender 10/10 I didn’t get her name but she very nice welcoming front desk staff not too much I had to ask and tell about my VIP Access most places tells you have access to this and this . I had to ask front desk about parking this was my first time staying at the hotel never been here before I would appreciate if they direct you to everything am assuming that there job But beside me asking all the questions everything els was perfectly fine I was happy with the stay"

"My stay was unfortunately impacted by several service issues. Upon arrival, the front desk was unable to locate my reservation, resulting in a delay of approximately 40 minutes before I could access a room. When I was finally given a room and entered, I discovered it had not been properly serviced—the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels left in the bathroom sink. After contacting the front desk, I was relocated; however, the replacement room was of noticeably lower quality than what I had originally reserved. Additionally, on my second night, I left the “cleaning requested” sign on my door. When I returned late that evening, around 10:00 p.m., housekeeping was only then arriving to service the room, which was not ideal. Overall, while I had hoped for a more comfortable and seamless experience, these issues significantly affected my stay."
