"Kitchen fully equipped to a high standard. The cutlery was missing... But i was out all the time and didn’t have a chance to notify them. Also the freezer needs defrosting as i noticed the door was not fully closed. Not that i used it. Minor things really, so I still feel that they deserve the full 5*"

"Was upgraded to a lovely room. The room was very clean. I also had a fridge which was much appreciated. The all the staff were helpful and fantastic especially Patricia. I had a wonderful stay to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday and I will definitely be coming back to stay again. I highly recommend this hotel and its facilities. Thank you."
