"The Highland Hotel was very nice. As mentioned by others, it's in need of some love: new curtains, new bedding. However, that didn't change our experience. The restaurants were all nice and had much better food than their individual reviews suggested. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms don't come with refrigerators but they offer to store anything you need in their main fridge. Our daughter loved the pool and the playground."

"Room was spacious and bed super comfy, bathroom was a bit dated but the shower was decent and the elemis shampoo/shower gel smelt amazing! Pool was a good size! Sauna was nice and hot, beware of the steam room it was burning!! It has a spa pool and not a jacuzzi so don't expect bubbles!! Electric chargers weren't working at our hotel but we managed to use the chargers behind the other hotel Overall a good stay and good location for town centre"
