"The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort. The shower and bedroom were particularly nice. I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 star rating, but unfortunately the bedroom window (Room #7) faced a separate residential house that had many very loud and annoying dogs that barked every day from 6am to 12pm without stopping. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. "本当の軽井沢ではないですが、雰囲気や気候は確実に軽井沢の隠れ家的なホテルです。 北欧風をコンセプトにしているようにスタイリッシュでシンプルで広々とした空間です。 野菜が自慢のレストランだけあって、野菜がおいしいです。野菜が入ったソーセージやスープが絶品でした。 今回はお部屋にサウナが付いているタイプを選んだのですが、ドアのタイプが以前東京で事故があった取っ手のタイプだったので、ちょっと怖かったです。あと非常ボタンもなかったように思います。 ベッドは広々でぐっすり眠れました。 子連れで予約すると階段の転落防止柵が取り付けてあり、助かりました。 アメニティーは充実していて ドライヤーはRifa です。 お風呂は追い焚きができるタイプです。 13:00チェックアウトなので 忙しくなければゆったりできます。"
