Hostels are very different from hotels apparently. Not only is nothing for drinks in the room, there is not even a glass for water. Dog barking hours into the night. Poor quality food with little vegetarian options. No room service.

I've stayed here before and rated it highly. But this last visit was disappointing. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. I asked for an extra towel for the floor and this seemed to annoy him. The room itself was clean, but I don't like the layout of the bathroom. The mattress was also lumpy ...
