Lovely relaxing retreat
The property is clean, quiet and cosy. It’s about 2 miles into the countryside from the closest town so incredibly quiet and peaceful, but not too far if you wanted to head out to a pub or restaurant one evening. The beds were very comfy and we loved the hot tub! A great country escape

Mothers 60th Birthday Weekend
We booked this property for a family get together for a birthday and we all reside in different counties. The property was easy to find and easy to access. The location of the property gives you privacy to enjoy family time. The property was beautifully spacious, open plan and everything you could need and more. The facilities are lovely with the use of the bbq and hot tub outside and cosy lounge inside. Friendly and helpful host who was welcoming but also gave you privacy to enjoy your stay. I cannot recommend this property enough and will 100% look to return for future events!

Beautiful Spacious Barn Conversion
Family of 7 adults + 9 month old baby stayed for 3 nights for a family wedding nearby. The house is beautifully converted with lovely furniture and decor, so much space for us all. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including tea, coffee & sugar + washing up equipment and a few dishwasher tablets. There is also a separate spacious utility. The secluded garden has lovely views out onto fields with the hot tub (sadly only used this once due to the weather!) BBQ and garden furniture. We didn’t get to explore much locally as we were with family nearby, but it’s set in beautiful countryside with many places to visit. Had a lovely breakfast at Frankie’s Farm Shop a short drive away after our departure. Myles always answered any questions promptly and we’d thoroughly recommend this property for your stay.

Perfect property for our get-together
A special family get together with my two children ,grandsons and their friends , the local pub providing extra accommodation for the one night we needed.The property we stayed in was wonderfully light, spacious, clean and well furnished. The garden had lovely seating, and a popular hot tub, we didn’t use the barbecue in the end but appreciated that option. The property was well placed to explore the places we wanted to go to.Our host was welcoming and offered help if we needed it.- a really perfect place for our week.

Fantastic location for a get away

Great house!
We had a great stay - perfect house for the perfect weekend. Hot tub was an added bonus. Only down side was the dish washer was broken, so we had to wash up everything all weekend!

The property was wonderful - modern, clean and very spacious. A little description of how to find the property from the road may have been helpful!! Very quiet location and within easy reach of local villages. Great for our dog too! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. We had a lovely stay and the owners were friendly and helpful too.

Had a great time , responding really quickly to messages, signage outside property was a little hard to see from the road in the dark . We were surprised to fined two rooms with twin beds , so a total of 4 bedrooms .

Short stay in lovely barn
We stayed over the period of 3 nights for our daughter’s wedding at The Gardens in Yalding (about 20 min drive away). We wish we had stayed longer! Idyllic place to relax with friends and family. The Barn easily accommodated 8 adults with 3 bathrooms on hand. The owners were super helpful and empathetic to our challenges with Covid in the planning and prep for the stay and our daughter’s wedding. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic family venue
Little Barn provided us with a great space for our 3 generation family group. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped and the owners have thought of everything. The house is positioned close to a neighbouring property so there are polite notices regarding noise etc, so I would not recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to party. We were very impressed by the speedy responses from Myles, and the very supportive neighbours who helped us with an unexpected family emergency! We will definitely book this property again - thanks for a brilliant stay.

Perfect countryside getaway!
We had a great time at Little Barn, a spacious not ‘little’ barn which is modern and had everything we needed for a perfect countryside break. There were only four of us and the house comfortably sleeps eight so, we had loads of room. Plenty of space for relaxing and a breakfast bar and dining table for eating and playing board games or cards. A smart TV in every room suited the children (!) and the hot tub looking out to the open fields/farmland was lovely, even if the weather was a bit drizzly. Owner Myles was brilliant and met us on arrival, giving us a few local recommendations and we managed to venture as far as Hastings, Battle, Camber, Rye and more.

Little Barn was a fantastic place for us to get away from our day to day lives for a few days. The property is incredibly spacious, and has everything we needed. Just returned from this beautiful property. Couldn’t of asked for more, such lovely accommodation and hosts. Miles and Clare were so friendly and helpful. Hot tub was amazing, lots of local walks, nice meal at the local pub down the road. Lovely couple of days out at Betchworth Hill woods and Camber Sands. Highly recommended Thank you! We were visiting Kent as a party of 6 in difficult circumstances. We arrived at around 4 on the day of check in and Myles and Clare greeted us with the keys to the property. The property is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need inside. The bedrooms are all spacious and all have their own televisions. Towels are provided. The garden was well maintained and perfectly suitable for the dogs that we had with us as there was no escape! The hot tub was also clean and enjoyable after a long day. On the day of check out we were unsure as to whether we would need an extra night, Myles was incredibly understanding about this and allowed us to just keep him posted throughout the day. In the end we just needed a later check out with the were fine to accommodate. I rarely write reviews however in this instance due to how pleased we were with the accommodation I wanted to make known that I would definitely recommend this property and would visit again should we be in the area.

Great property. Really spacious and modern. Immaculately clean and really does have everything you need. Owners live next door but did not invade the space so we were able to relax. Leeds castle was great and The Potting Shed a few miles away were right up our street. Great stay.

The Little Barn is a beautiful property that is stunning inside and out. The communication with the owner was fantastic and the barn was in a excellent location.
