Room ok, but dated. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Grand entrance.
So close to Cardiff city centre amenities.
They need to be explicit about no parking on site and make discounted alternative arrangements eg Cardiff arms park car park for guests. Arrival was stressful re parking abd unloading .. not even a drop off zone.

Superb location, very close to shops and dinning options, right in the door of Cardiff Castle and very close to the Cardiff National museum. The room was clean, nice and the staff did the bed and changed my towels all days. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t say anything about that. The lift was broken ...
