Staff was very kind and helpful. They will let you check your bags for several hours before & after check-out. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.
TV system was an added bonus. The view was nice out of our window. The location in downtown Shibuya is fantastic!
We definitely will be returning to this hotel again in the future!
