The ease of booking, seamless communication, cleanliness & coziness of the home, the amenities (firepit, trampoline), and location has made this our go-to home for future visits to Utah. "Property is large and spacious. Nice kitchen/gathering area. Plenty of dishes and silverware.Some bad things that detracted from our stay. Bed frame in the bedroom with bunk beds was broken on our arrival and main tub/shower curtain rod was missing. I reached out to the property manager who told me the cleaners had just discovered the broken bed and it would not be able to be repaired during our stay. Also, the same bedroom has glass windows with no curtain, so there is very limited privacy and the room can be seen from the adjoining TV room. We had to rearrange family sleeping arrangements because of these issues.I also had to go buy a shower curtain rod so my family could use the main shower. (Management told me they were having issues keeping the rod up, so there wasn't one). One great thing was one of my granddaughters forgot her favorite blanket at the property and we did not know about it until well after checkout. I was able to reach the management company and they facilitated my daughter getting in to retrieve the blanket."
