"The location is superb, quiet, friendly and yet very close to the beauty of the historic town. The staff was super kind, friendly and attentive at all times. Breakfast was very good. Our room was super comfortable and super clean. Kudos to all staff but in particular to Lucio who ran the extra mile in making our stay unforgettable. Definitely a repeat on our next trip to Siena. "Spacious apartment - loved having a separate living space and bedroom so that when one of us was up earlier or later than the other, we could move around without waking them up. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The location is great - loved having the town escalators right next to us for easy access to the top of the hill. San Domenica was a short walk up the stairs and it was easy to catch the bus there to the train station (not the easiest walk with luggage but still very do-able!). "

"This hotel has all the luxuries one would expect from a chain like Mercure. The building is huge, at times feeling like a set for the film ‘Shining’. It is not for me, simply because it has no soul, no character or style. The fittings are cheap, the vibe a bit large group holidays. Spa is accessible with a 30 euro fee."

"We had a lovely stay here. It's a short drive from town and a beautiful property. We did a wine tasting of the delicious estate wines and a cooking class as well. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The staff is really attentive and took great care of us, giving us advice on where to go, helping us get the car to town and make reservations, etc. We used the hot tub which was fantastic. Thanks for a great relaxing stay!"
