welcome to our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with full closet that's awaiting to be your home away from home. while staying here you will have access to the entire apartment along with all the amazing things around it. some amazing perks about this place and the location include 1 bathroom (soap, lotion, towels, hair dryer and toilet paper provided), 1 sofa bed (pull out lounge bed), a beautiful large balcony with views of the courtyard and the garden life. linens will provided with extras in closet. kitchen supplies including cups, plates, dish washing soap, cooking utensils , and cleaning supplies will also be included. the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guest. the building is directly located off of Bloor street surrounded by countless restaurants, fast food and extra activities. 5 minute walk to Dufferin mall (with tons of shopping and grocery opportunities including Walmart and Nofrills). 5 minute walk to Dufferin station with straight buses to exhibition place for events (Caribana, CNE, soccer games etc). 4 minute walk to Ossington subway station. 15 minute train ride to Eaton centre and downtown core. 10 minute train ride to Chinatown and Kensington Market. 10 minute train ride to Yorkville. 15 minute drive to Yorkdale.
