This property is a typical airport hotel. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was not very welcoming or helpful. One of the staff at the dining gave a lot of attitude. We were given a room the the far corner and when we opened the door to go out of the room we kept seeing pile of garbage

Between Expedia and the property owner, this was booked as non-refundable even though it was shown as flexible booking with option to cancel before 3pm on day prior to reservation. Unfortunately, had a bereavement in the family and needed to cancel at 4pm the day prior to reservation. Expedia helped and called the manager at the desk, I spoke to the manager, and even got the email to the property owner who has put strict restrictions on any cancellations to just take customers money. Property owner couldn't even reply my email. Not sure what kind of short-sighted process to managing the business this is...I'm sure if my mother-in-law stayed, there'd be more terrible experiences

Check in staff were so nice, the rooms are nice and felt very clean. Service in the breakfast restaurant is also great. We really liked our server, Bri. After a very stressful flight it made all the difference having such a great accommodation, I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I travel.

Staff was unhelpful from start to finish. Front lobby was very unorganized and messy. My fire alarm in my room was beeping every 30 seconds because the battery was dead. Instead of changing the battery, the maintenance came in and disconnected the fire alarm entirely, and then told me that they would fix it later which they never did. Then at checkout they charged me for parking even though I didn’t have a car there something they should’ve known because I used the shuttle to and from the airport would give zero stars if I could, definitely will not stay there again

Their shuttle bus arrived shortly after called a hotel. AMAZING! A receptionist at the front desk was super super nice. I felt at home when I was greeted by her after busy traveling.

Location was convenient. Shuttle was prompt and arrived within minutes of my phone call. Price was quite expensive in my opinion but seemed equal to other hotels in the market.

Love the new flooring instead of the old carpets, nice big shower instead of bathtub. I thought it was going to be very noisy with the planes so close but it was very quiet. I will be booking this place all the time now.

The hotel and staff are excellent but the neighbourhood around the hotel was run down and was unkept, so the hotel is great if I stay again I will stay there and not venture out.

….Entrance looks good but the the rest of the building is rather old. …Shuttle took a long time …to come even though the hotel is probably a 7 minute drive. ….No lunch at restaurant.

The customer service was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and their black-out curtains were phenomenal. The onsite restaurant was great. Pasta and meatballs was really tasty.

Its a bit of an odd place, especially if they put you on the 5th floor. There is a separate elevator that goes from the 4th floor to the 5th floor. Its old. and slow.

The hotel management are a bunch of weirdos. They refused to refund my money for part of my stay and asked me to go through Expedia for get it back but when I did they refused to refund my money because I had the bright idea to prepay instead of extend my stay as needed. This really soured my experience. Save your money and go somewhere else with better service

We arrived very late from our flight from San Francisco between 1:00 or 2:00 in early morning and thought we could have more time in the room not just until noon but later. Elevators confusing and where to find them.

After a long flight it was disappointing that the rooms didn’t come with complimentary bottled water. It’s something small but with prices of all hotels much higher than in the last, and often times when travelling the booking is for less than 10 hours, hotels should offer something basic like water.
