"My fiancee and I were very happy with our stay at Chelsea Hotel. Upon arrival E.M took care of us and made sure we had a very easy check in and explained all of the hotel amenities. It’s because of him we had a great stay. "

"We had the largest two room suite with a huge bathroom/dressing area at an extremely reasonable price . Great bed and sofa bed, and two large televisions. The room furnishings were not fancy but the size of the rooms more than made up for it. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. Lots of choice in a very nice area. I highly recommend this hotel for a Toronto stay. It is comfortable, safe, clean and convenient. "

"Everything was good. Only thing non functioning was tv remote aand the button on the phone remote to move up is ao close to the power button that i kept shutting the tv off and would have to go through the entire start up process all over."

"I’ve stayed here a couple times & each time the rooms are clean & stocked. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The rooms are small, yes, but when you’re here to just sleep and get ready to go out - it’s exactly what you need. I’m always recommending it to people I know. Proximity to Union Station, the Skydome (FOREVER) and many restraurants & pubs - it’s ideal. "

"The staff is fantastic. The hotel itself however, is old. Damage on the walls and doors is visible. The elevators are quirky, the toilets temperamental and the walls thin. There is no soundproofing between rooms. The gym needs an overhaul. I did love the full service restaurant and lounge and there are many dining options in the area."
