The place was clean and tidy, perfect for families with kids. It’s very convenient to get around, with plenty of shops nearby, and the CN Tower is right next door. I’m very satisfied with the stay and would choose this place again next time.

Great location for quick trip

The property is in a great location downtown. Easy walking to everywhere. Condo is small but was okay with us since we had short trip and were busy out exploring the city. Communication with owner could have been better, but we made it work. Would stay here again.

This condo was in a great location. Easy access to downtown. Issac and Nadine were very accommodating. Condo clean and accommodated four of us easily. Very happy with our choice. Thank you.

Comfy Condo with Amazing View!

Three adults shared this modern, clean condo on the 42nd floor. Lots of amenities, comfy beds, and a view of the harbor that can't be beat. Great communication with host from booking to check in to check out. Check in host Nadine was very friendly and helpful guiding us to parking and into the condo. An overall great experience!

This was a convenient, clean and quit place right downtown. The view of the lake and of the city was great. Walking distance to the train station, which was convenient to take to the airport. The spa (hut tub, pool and sauna) were not accessible to short term rentals though.

Girls Weekend Downtown

The whole weekend went very well. The property was very clean and safe for a group of women. The property manager answered questions quickly and courteously. We all enjoyed our weekend very much!

Central location!

Great night-time city view from balcony. Very busy building but very safe and quiet. Ripley’s aquarium across the street and the sky dome next to it. Lots of restaurants and shopping within short walking distance

Great location and view

The beds were comfortable, the shower was great! One of the three elevators was down but that caused no problems. We were able to walk to our restaurant destinations and were right near the water. The free parking did not have an EV car charger, but the garage right next door did (did have to pay for parking there)

Great Location - Literally across the street from Scotiabank Arena

Property was clean with everything you need including all the basic amenities. Longos grocery store is across the street if you need groceries, beer, wine, etc. And, most importantly for sports fans, Scotiabank Arena and the Rogers Centre are very close. Host was easy to communicate with.

Great location is only highlight

Needs lot of TLC. Range hood does not work, paper window blinds on 1 of the 5 blinds in the suite. Access fob only works on one of the elevators so accessing the suite takes way too long. The location is perfect and convenient to downtown Toronto.

Great location and view.

The location is fantastic - close to ball park, train station, hall of fame, waterfront, groceries, restaurants. No need for a car. Key pickup and drop off very easy and convenient. The place was clean and as advertised. Nice to have washer and dryer. Great view. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside with this location. Didn’t have any need to contact the host. I would recommend.

False advertisement

If you are selecting this place based on the images you will be disappointed. That is NOT the unit they will give you. However the location is great and check in and out process was very easy. Also pet friendly and several places to walk dogs to nearby and on the property. We had no working refrigerator and were not told ahead of time. Instead they put a tiny mini fridge in the already small living room.

The property was in a great location to access Rogers Center and the Aquarium. The unit was clean and the pictures accurately reflect the property. The property amenities are misleading as guests aren't permitted to use the pool or fitness center. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to using the pool and booked this property because it had one.

Disappointed

The appt we were assigned at arrival was not the one I booked online. I was however not surprised as the communication the day before was not proactive, very limited and not as it works with other rentals. So, i kind of expected something. I was in good contact with vrbo, but you can only text with the Landlord. We eventually left the next day following rather unpleasant communication by the landlord. The appt would have been okay if it was according to the ad. Good for 4, we were 5, nice location, comfortable for a short stay.

Amazing View and Location

We had a very bumpy checkin as the property wasn't ready on for 3 hours after our arrival and then they couldn't get us the remote for garage until the afternoon the following day. They said that they would "make it right", but the best they offered was late checkout, which we didn't need. That said, everything else with this property was amazing. The view was spectacular. The location couldn't be better. It was clean and had two actual bedrooms. Other recommendation. --> Please get some pods for the Keurig.

Toronto Getaway

This property was perfect for our family getaway in Toronto. It was 5-10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. A 3 minute walk to the Scotiabank arena for the Raptors game; 10 minute walk to the Hockey Hall of fame; and steps from union station, CN Tower, etc. The building was busy but the condo was quiet. We didn't hear anyone. The 2 bedrooms plus pull out couch gave everyone the space they needed. Check in was easy and the share key system was easy and located close to the condo. The views are spectacular. I had a question about check in and I called the contact. She was fantastic. She talked me through my questions and was extremely nice.I would recommend this property to a family and we will book it again when we go back. Great place!

Great location

Location was great for sports game access. We stayed with my family of 4 plus my parents. Kids slept on the pull out in living room. Very easy to set up, not very comfy for adults but kids loved it! Blinds were broken in living room so unfortunately kids were up super early as it was pretty bright. Since we were travelling with kids, we only ever book locations with a pool however the day before check in, we received a message saying we didn’t have pool access. I searched listing and it still lists pool, hot tub and sauna as a feature. Kids were pretty bummed as that’s always a highlight when you are young. I was told that they would find an alternative but our host never followed through with that. We had 3 different reach outs of information and 2 people saying they were our host, so it was difficult to know who to talk to. Another unfortunate thing I wish we had known is that you only get one key fob so it’s pretty hard to do anything separate. We had different plans as my parents at times and we had to organize how to get the 1 key to whoever needed it. There are several things that need repaired but didn’t affect our short term stay too much. I would stay again mainly for the location!

Not great

I will only give an honest review in spite of the fact that I was asked on more than one occasion to not share my grievances via review. I used these reviews to help choose a rental and would never want to misguide someone else trying to do the same. Here are the pros and cons of our stay: Pros- LOCATION, we could walk to everything we needed to -the view, as pictured in the listing Cons- communication, prior to booking I inquired as to parking for an additional vehicle and was told there would be guest parking within the building (no cost was mentioned), upon arrival we discovered this was untrue there is in fact none in the building and were instead directed to a neighboring lot which cost $40/day adding an unexpected $85 to our stay. We were offered a $40 refund. -Check in, it’s like a scavenger hunt you get a text the night before with a code, have to find a nearby market and key box within it, enter said code, move your car again to then get into the garage and condo unit and then do it all over again at check out. In all the rentals VRBO and other brands I have never experienced such a disorganized stressful checkin. -care of the unit, none of the lights were working upon checkin, we called the number listed and no answer so we had to find the breaker to reset it. It was moderately clean. It needs care. A blind is totally missing in the living room, the “sleeper sofa” is a disgrace totally busted and shouldn’t be slept on, lights still don’t work in one bedroom.
