Shuttle service to airport wasn’t ideal. I had contacted the hotel to arrange shuttle to the airport only to find out it was first come first serve once you check in 3 of our group had to arrange a taxi $35 while the other 3 got remaining spots on the shuttle

The pillows were rock hard and found the room not the cleanliness for checking in. Hair and dirt in the bathroom. Definitely was not a good sleep for neither my partner or I

Hot tub was being re-tiled, water slide was closed and pool was cold. Very disappointed. Booked this particular hotel to use the hot tub. Nothing about the construction on hotel website.

This property is wonderful, I’ve stayed at it many times. I don’t typically use any of the amenities other than the transportation to and from the airport.

The only complaint is that the hot tub was closed for renovations but that was never mentioned, even at check in we were told specifically hot tub hours when it was not open. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Overall the place was great. However, one of the main reasons we picked this place was for the pool area. Pool was open, but the slide and hot tub was closed. Also, no towels were available in the pool area. Had to grab a few out of the fitness area and they were much smaller than a normal towel. Other than that, the room was great/clean, and service was friendly.

The room and hotel were clean and modern. My daughter and I also loved the pool. The temperature was nice and warm and we had it to ourselves. The hot tub was out of order which was disappointing but overall, it was a great hotel

The only thing is the shuttle service took 1.5 hours and we ended up having to take a taxi. Both nights was the same thing….April 2nd and April 10th. There’s was also a very strong smell of pot on our floor from someone smoking in their room. The food and service in the restaurant was perfect!!!

Hotel is about 5-10 minutes from the airport by shuttle. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the food and service in The Lobby and appreciated that we could get food at 11pm. The room was well-appointed with a comfy bed, rain shower and separate sitting area. The only downside was that we didn’t have a good experience at Denny’s for breakfast. It is convenient to have it adjacent to the hotel, and maybe it was just an off day.
