Beautiful rooms, very modern and cozy. Breakfast was fair, good food, cozy space, accommodating. I was a little concern with the walkout door in by room, was not sure about the neighborhood and had 2 kids with me, so I got a little concern, but everything was great!

The room was large and clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful - asking our floor preference when they saw our number of bags, paying attention to our needs and offering solutions before they became a problem!

Just a really good hotel for the money. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Only one small complaint, the bathroom was great-But it would’ve been nice to have a handheld shower. Still, we had a very pleasant stay.

I've reviewed this property before, as I've been a fan of Stay Inn for many years now. My son and daughter-in-law live on the west side of Toronto, so the location is very convenient for me when I visit from Connecticut in the states. I have found this property to always be clean, safe, the staff very pleasant and the rooms very nice. Parking is ample and easy. I was here for a while during Covid when they were completely renovating the motel, and the results are sleek and stylish. The price of the hotel is excellent for the area. I am always glad to come here. It feels like a home away from home. I think it is my husband's favorite hotel, and we frequently travel. When he comes with me to Toronto, he insists on staying here. As I said, we're both big fans. Don't hesitate to book here.

There was mold on the shower head, mildew on the tile surround of the shower. Lightbulb was burned out in the desk lamp. And the lock on the sliding door would often get stuck so the door could not be opened.

They don’t have an elevator, their clientele is shady as I got called names by the guy yelling at the front desk when I was checking in, watched him later that night get arrested in the parking lot. The staff calls you a ton throughout your stay tried to say they needed to come into my room as they require cleaning every 7 days… I wasn’t staying 7 days so she changed her mind to every 2 days… I was running late for check out and they spam call you over and over again

As a hotel policy the rooms need to be checked or clean every two days at least, we just called once to check that everything was ok. Regarding your check out, we called 15 minutes after check out time (as we always do, when guests do not come to the Front Desk), just to confirm that the room was empty or not. As you were in the room already, we just wanted to know if you needed more time, as some guests request a late check out. We do this because we need to inform the housekeeping department, so they can go and clean the room for the next guest. Please feel free to cancel your future reservation, and we won't charge any additional fee, so you can get your money back.

The room was nicely renovated. The area is a bit industrial but it is under construction to make it more residential. The hotel itself was quiet which I greatly appreciated.

The neighborhood around this location is not the most desirable but the the inside more than makes up for it. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s close to many amenities and the highway. It’s just the vacant building beside and the commercial building on the other side that kind of throw you off but definitely worth staying here. I would stay here again.

Great price, helpful staff, and free parking were much appreciated. I also REALLY enjoyed how (being on the ground floor) we could park right outside of our rooms and open the sliding doors to pack or unpack our vehicle. The negatives were while on their hotel Wi-Fi someone tried to hack into one of my apps. Thank goodness for Two-Factor authentication. I immediately invested in a VPN to try and prevent that in the future. Second, the top of the large armoire in the room was quite dusty. I'm tall so maybe others wouldn't notice. Since I temporarily placed some items up there I noticed tons of dust when taking them back down.
