Comfy , relaxing and would return again.

Excellent central location to Cawsand and Kingsand. Great views and super comfy bed on first floor.

Beautiful cottage

The location and views are fantastic, beds were comfy and good layout. Both toilet seats were broken, lots of glasses, mugs and crockery where cracked, decoration was a bit tired in places. Going up the stairs was very tricky. Incredibly narrow and had to go down sideways as the ceiling was so low.

Lovely Cottage

Lovely comfortable Cottage with everything you need, in the perfect location. With good sea views too. Just a couple of niggles, the downstairs bathroom plug in the sink wouldn't raise to release the water so we couldn't us it. Also the toilet seat in the main bathroom was cracked, we did put some glue on it for our stay, but it would probably need to be replaced.

6/10 Okay

A little underwhelming

Location was great, sea views from all windows at the front of the property, shame there was nowhere to sit and enjoy them. Cottage was quite cosy, main bedroom is huge with lots of storage. Nice sunny bathroom. First impression was a strong smell of oil as we opened the front door. We assumed the tank must have recently been filled and that the smell would dissipate in time. It didn’t. Same in the (very small) back garden. House details should state that there are no bbqs allowed due to the close proximity of the oil tank. Due to the smell we did not use the garden at all during our stay even though it is an absolute sun trap and the weather was beautiful. Access to the higher terrace would have made all the difference. Some rethinking needed here as the cottage is not cheap. Overall a little disappointing.
