Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Public car park. No smoking.. As you enter 3a Edinburgh Villas you find yourself in the small kitchen area, equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen area then leads into the cosy living room area with seating and a Smart TV. The living area then leads into a small dining area. There is a handy separate toilet on the ground floor also. Up stairs to the first floor is where both bedrooms are situated. The main double bedroom is at the back, with an en-suite shower room, whilst next door is the second bedroom containing bunk beds, again with an en-suite shower room. Edinburgh Villas is located just outside of the heart of Torquay town, towards the top of the town itself. All you could need, from a nearby shop to a public car park, is just across the road. It is a nice leisurely stroll down into town to all the local bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as just a short distance from the local green, courts and beaches. This property can be booked with 3 Edinburgh Villas (UK35094) to accommodate up to 12 guests.
