"We stayed 2 weeks at this property. It was clean and well kept. The fridge did go on the blink but was taken care of. The instant water heater did have a problem and I would have to reset it almost each time we used hot water. I think the switch for the burner needs to be replaced if that’s possible. Other than that the place is nice and clean and is in a very convenient and busy location with everything that you need close by. Highly recommend staying here."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Hotel Geneve Ciudad de México was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful historic atmosphere, elegant decor, and the incredible attention to detail throughout the hotel. It has so much character and charm, and staying there felt like experiencing a little piece of Mexico City’s history. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great stay. The location was also fantastic—close to so many restaurants, attractions, and things to do, which made exploring Mexico City so convenient. My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the classic atmosphere of the hotel—it has a unique personality that you just don’t get at modern chain hotels. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay at Hotel Geneve again. If you’re looking for a hotel with history, character, great service, and a wonderful location in Mexico City, I highly recommend it. Five stars all around! ❤️🇲🇽If you want, I can also make it more personal and emotional, like a review that sounds less “professional” and more like a real guest wrote it."

"Excelente servicio y amabilidad de todos los colaboradores del hotel. Agradezco el gesto del upgrade que recibí por estar celebrando mi cumpleaños y los detalles extras que hicieron por mi cumpleaños. Lo que no me gustó es que estando en un 47 piso se escuchaba el ruido de la calle a media noche, y eso que duermo con tapones de oido. Además, tuvimos un pequeño incidente sobre la desaparición de una colonia Jo Malone que no lograron resolver. La última noche volvió a llover y hubo una filtración de agua por las cortinas y se escuchaba el ruido de la gotera. Excelente ubicación del hotel pero muy traficado y ruidoso."
