"This was the perfect location, centrally located right between the train station and the main Piazza. Also close to many culinary hotspots like Mo mortadella, sable gelato, and forno brisa galliera. We appreciated how friendly the staff were. There is a front desk available with luggage storage. The property was also very clean, the room was spacious, and had a good view of the Main Street. My main complaint is there is no AC when we visited (April 2026). It was a bit warm this time of year. I would stay here again for sure. The wifi works great. "

"The property is updated and clean. It’s an interesting concept. Apartment style rooms. The decor is minimal. I only stayed one night and it served its purpose. A longer stay would not be so comfortable. There is no warmth to the decor. The lighting is minimal and not bright. No over head lighting. The floors are cement with no area rugs for any kind of warmth. The kitchenette provides everything you need to cook a meal except for plates for eating. That seemed odd. There is no decor on the walls and the bathroom could use some shelves for toiletries. Just a few little tweaks would make this a higher rated property."

"It was a very old hotel with unique features. Only stayed 1 night, which was fine. If you are staying longer you might want something a little more updated and comfortable. Location was great to explore the city!"

"I stayed here for the Bologna children's book fair and it was an absolutely incredible location, so central and above all a beautiful hotel to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast was gorgeous and the room stunning. So many incredible details and attention to care including 24 desk service. The hotel packed me a breakfast bag for my early 3am flight and booked a taxi for me. I felt very well looked after here which whilst travelling alone felt lovely, highly recommend!"

"The room was of a good size, but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The shower was not so good. Close to the train station, and not too far from downtown. Very good breakfast!"

"Splendid lobby; excellent bar; good restaurant; great location; quiet. But some staff had an attitude interacting with guests and there were numerous problems with the room, particularly the bathroom: shower door didn’t close, soaking the entire bathroom floor; no shelf in the shower requiring keeping toiletries on the floor. Sink would not drain and had to be serviced. Keys to the room didn’t work and had to be replaced. One of the receptionists presented a card (for a key) without programming it."
