Hotel Apartamentos Bajondillo

Hotel Apartamentos Bajondillo

8/10 Good
"Stayed here for 2 weeks. Firstly, great location, right across from the beach and close to the stairs up to town. Staff were friendly and responsive. Having a pick up and drop off shuttle to/from airport was great too, The room was a good size, with a nice big comfortable bed, and great balcony that looked out both over the sea and the township; we got lucky for being on the outer west side of the building because the inner apartments would be facing the pool and courtyard, which could be loud at night with the entertainment going on. In terms other room facilities, the bathroom was a good size although the shower struggled a bit during busy hours (between 7-10pm). The kitchen areas was disappointingly small (2 small electric hobs and small sink space), but we managed. We noticed some other rooms had slightly bigger kitchen areas than ours. The gym was very handy and had excellent amenities, however a big issue is that there were often many young children (many younger than 10 yo) inappropriately using much of the equipment, often dressed as though they should have been in the pool instead...with no staff (or parents!) stopping this from going on. All in all however, would definitely consider staying here again..would just make sure I booked an outward facing room, and maybe look for a room with a bigger kitchen (at least for longer stays),"

"The location is good, we were on the ground floor and we could hear the train passing below, it was not too loud but for someone slightly affected by noise it could be disturbing. The hotel is basic but very clean!"

Hotel Costa Málaga (Adults Recommended) by Pierre & Vacances

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. We booked on a half board basis and were extremely impressed with the quality and variety of food on offer. Our room, and all throughout the hotel were clean and all staff friendly and welcoming. We made use of the pool area. It is on the smaller side, but we were able to secure sun loungers and found that throughout the day beds became available. The poolside bar and rooftop bar have a wide range of drinks on offer and aren’t too expensive. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate in returning to this hotel!"
